* Start with a glass of drinking water. Plastic water bottles work even better.
* Instead of tilting your head back to drink, tilt your head forward. You will drink by sucking in water through the edge of the glass/lip of the bottle.
* As you drink, you will need to breathe in through your nose to provide yourself with the appropriate pressure to swallow. Drink slowly for 20 seconds and try to swallow at least 5 times.
